These terms apply when you create an account or use Desk Crunch to prepare, store, retrieve, or share inspection reports.
Your account and reports
Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for the report information, photos, and client details you enter, as well as deciding when to finalize a report or send a signing link.
Electronic signatures
Desk Crunch records a signature submitted through the report signing flow. You are responsible for confirming that the report and signing process meet the requirements that apply to your inspection business.
